How Long It Takes To Receive My Order?

  • 3 to 4 working days for Cairo/Giza.

  • 4 to 5 working days for Alexandria.

  • Other cities delivery within 3 to 8 days.

Can I Exchange/Refund My Order?

You can exchange the item you purchased with in 3 days ONLY , items must be received in original condition -unworn and unwashed and with tags attached.

We accept refunds as long as the courier is waiting for you to try and check the item. After the courier leaves refund will not be accepted. Refund & Exchange Policy

Can I Cancel Or Update My Order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.
